Introducing QNG AI, Quảng Ngãi’s own AI assistant
General AI assistants know a lot about the world, but surprisingly little about home. Ask one when the next coach leaves Kon Tum for Quảng Ngãi, which market runs on which day, or where to eat a proper plate of gỏi lá, and you usually get a polite guess.
QNG AI is our answer: an AI assistant built specifically for the new Quảng Ngãi province.
One province, two landscapes
Since 1 July 2025, the former Kon Tum province in the Central Highlands and the former Quảng Ngãi province on the coast have been one province. That means pine forests in Măng Đen and volcanic cliffs on Lý Sơn now share an address, and a lot of practical information, from administrative units to public services, has changed.
People need a single, reliable place to ask about all of it.
What QNG AI will do
- Travel and culture: plan a highlands-to-sea trip, learn the story behind a rông house, find the festivals worth travelling for.
- Everyday life: market days, opening hours, coach schedules, the weather in Măng Đen this morning.
- Help for local businesses: product posts, customer replies and promotion, written in the local voice.
- Vietnamese first, English too: natural Vietnamese for people at home, clear English for visitors.
Why Claude
A local assistant only works if people can trust it. We chose Claude, by Anthropic, as the reasoning core because it writes natural, nuanced Vietnamese, it can work with long, curated local sources and cite them, and it is designed to say “I’m not sure” rather than invent an answer.
Claude will sit on top of a local knowledge base that our team curates, with tools for live data such as weather and schedules.
